My greatest hope for my clients is that they will feel safe, heard, and accepted for who they are and where they are in their unique season of life. It is from there that the journey of healing and change truly begins. I enjoy helping couples navigate their way out of the old patterns that are keeping them stuck and onto new pathways of healthy communication, hope and fulfillment. I also work with individuals (both adolescents and adults) who are struggling with a variety of social or mental heath issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, or addictions. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I use a multifaceted approach that is person-centered and tailored to each specific couple or individual. Through the years I have helped many couples re-engage, and many people make the changes they need to live into the lives they want to live.
